You do <B>not </B>need to be a member of LANA to participate. Age categories are as follows:</div> <bR> <div>                 Category 1: 7 and under</div> <div>                 Category 2: 8 - 13</div> <div>                 Category 3: 14 - 18</div> <bR> <div> Gold, silver and bronze medal winners will be selected from each age category and each will receive an Expo Youth program scholarship in addition to their medal.</div> <bR> <div> The theme for Expo this year celebrates Llama Fiesta.</div> <div>          </div> <div> 1. Tracings, follow-the-dots or numbers, or other artwork for which a ready-made pattern is used will not be accepted.</div> <div>          </div> <div> 2. Medium - Entrants may enter only one piece of art from any of the following media:</div> <bR> <div>     A. Drawing - Created with pencil, markers, pen and ink, charcoal, crayons</div> <bR> <div>     B. Pastel - Created with chalk or oil based pastels</div> <bR> <div>     C. Watercolor - Created with tempera, pan-type or tube water based paints.</div> <bR> <div>     D. Collage - Created by applying two or more materials on a raised two-dimensional surface (i.e. gluing different shapes of paper together, or stapling cloth and objects on cardboard).</div> <bR> <div>     E. Other - such as illustrated story book, textile or fiber project, any medium which can be reasonably mailed and displayed. Difficult to mail items will be the responsibility of the entrant to transport from judging to LANA and back to the entrant.  </div> <bR> <div> 3. All artwork shall be accompanied by a note from parent or guardian verifying the work was created entirely by the entrant alone.</div> <div>          </div> <div> 4. All artwork shall have been completed within the last 12 months.</div> <div>          </div> <div> 5. Artwork shall be properly displayed. Drawings and pastels shall be matted and sprayed with a fixative or covered with plastic wrap to prevent smudging. Watercolor and collage created on paper shall be matted.</div> <div>          </div> <div> 6. Judging will be based on the age of the exhibitor and the skill in the particular medium.</div> <div>          </div> <div> 7.
