Youth Follow Me Award 2008 - Heather Koenig   Heather Koenig, (Koenig's Wool and Fir Farm, Corvallis, Oregon) has been showing llamas since she could walk. Even before Heather was old enough to exhibit in ALSA Junior Youth Division she was holding her own in Open Performance and Halter classes. Heather has an impressive ALSA Show record which includes ALSA Regional and ALSA Grand National Youth Championships, as well as the 2007 ALSA Grand National Reserve Championship in the Driving Division.  However, Heather was not selected based on a show record.  Heather was selected because she is consistently an excellent role model for youth because of her positive attitude, her willingness to help others, her impeccable smile and grace, and maturity beyond her years that also serves a great example for adults to follow.  Thank You Heather for being such an outstanding role model for Youth, you are truly deserving of this honor.
